OHJA Membership Application Form Select the membership that best suits your needs. Affiliate Member An Affiliate member is entitled to ride in the OHJA medal classes only. No Affiliate member is eligible for any other year-end awards, nor does an Affiliate member have a vote. General Member* General Membership includes: Senior Amateur, Senior Professional, Junior, Family, and corresponding Horse registrations. Refer to the OHJA Bylaws & Rules for more details. *Additionally, Senior Professionals should use this form. Business Member A Business Member is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or individual using an assumed business name. Business Members are not eligible for year-end awards.
